  1. Call Dibs on Comfortable Seats: Book your flight tickets early and get the most comfortable seats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dress to de-stress: Dress up in your most comfortable and cosy clothes. Sweatpants over jeans any day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Hydrate, Hydrate and Hydrate: Hydrating yourself is more important when you\u2019re above the ground. So, drink as much water as you can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
